Back up your catalog

Save a copy of categories, manufacturers and products and restore it when needed.

In the admin Modules → Import / Export

1. Create a backup

   Click Create backup. The copy holds categories, manufacturers and products.

2. Download it

   Download the copy and keep it on your computer as well.

3. Restore

   Choose a backup from the list, or upload one, to restore the catalog.

Tip: Backups do not include orders, customers or settings. Make one before every large import.
