Import and export products

Move products in and out of the store with CSV and Excel files, or from another platform.

In the admin Modules → Import / Export

1. Export first

   Export your products to Excel. It is a good copy to keep and a template for your own file.

2. Prepare the CSV

   Use one row per product. Remove empty rows, and keep the column names in the first row.

3. Map the columns

   In the Universal / WooCommerce import upload the file, tick First row is header and match each column to a product field or characteristic.

4. Update or add

   Tick Import as update to change existing products instead of creating new ones.

5. From GombaShop or Shopiko

   Export the catalog from GombaShop or Shopiko as CSV and upload it in the GombaShop / Shopiko import.

Tip: Clear old products deletes the current catalog before the import. Make a backup first.
