Win back abandoned carts

See unfinished carts, send reminders and turn a cart into an order.

In the admin Store → Abandoned carts

1. Find the carts

   Abandoned carts lists carts of guests and registered users, including carts that were paid but not finished.

2. Prepare a reminder

   Create a template for abandoned carts in E-mail marketing → Newsletter templates.

3. Send it

   Select the template and click Send reminder. Add a promo code to give the customer a reason to come back.

4. Convert to an order

   If the customer confirms by phone, convert the cart into an order yourself.
